Membership to OASIS is open to the entire Caltech/JPL community. OASIS no longer charges any membership fees. A Member is now any person who is on the oasis_members mailing list ! Click here to join the OASIS mailing list. This list is used by OASIS for all announcements etc. A more informal mailing list is caltech-desis, where everyone can discuss anything of their interest.
